Montessori Day School of Wellesley Hills is a Montessori preschool serving families of children ages 2.9-5 years. Transitional kindergarten is available. Five or three day (M,T,TH) schedules meet from 8:45 am to 12:15 pm. MDS is licensed by the MA Department of Early Education and Care.

Program Philosophy: The Montessori Day School (MDS) honors the uniqueness of each child and recognizes the crucial stages of development of children during the preschool years. It is Montessori Day School's mission to provide children with the best foundation possible for future academic success and a life-long love of learning. MDS offers a rich, nurturing, preschool experience based on traditional Montessori philosophy and practices. Experienced teachers introduce children to meaningful activities that support their social, emotional, intellectual, and physical development. Home-school communication is valued and teachers strive to cultivate a partnership with parents/guardians.
